In She pulled and pulled and eventually it went pop! And the golden light that radiated overshone her ability to see darkness... I perform a ‘getting ready’ story inside my bedroom. In a home-movie style, I literally put on light in a kind of self-care attempt to take up space. I adopt strange, self-assured behaviours inside impractical props and reflective objects. Despite an empowered demeanour, I remain inside the walls in a never-ending cycle.
